While mile munching : I prefer night riding
While in nature : I prefer day

Some points:
1.during hot summer I try to prefer not to ride under sun and winter night , vice varsa
2. In this age of LED & HID ,as because some bikes + cars started using those (lots of illegal also) , they are forcing other vehicle on road to upgrade their headlight ..  (any headlight crossing 6000k is illegal I guess, even AUX light is also illegal in some cities)
3.Blindly usage of highbeam and no RVM makes lots of accidents
4.I do prefer to look at side of roads (both side 45deg from my position on road) with the road view also , because    I don't know from where a kid or arrogant people,or animals will start road crossing from no where  ..

5. While riding on GQ or NH I used to ride tailing a car which is doing comfortable speed for my bike , but after little light upgradation I am fine to ride ..
6.Anti-glare specs or Visor helps a lot , in my lots of rides I rode without visor at night hurting my eyes ..
That time extra visors were not easily available ..

I sincere request to all rider , whenever you are upgrading headlight with HID/LEDs, please use  legal and <6000k color temp , for your and others safety ..
