I need a new bike for the streets of Bangalore. my ride will be almost 50k on weekdays with a lot of traffic half the way.

I used to have a CBZ Xtreme and i loved it. Now i want a new one and am confused.

I want to know the mileage of these bikes if someone can tell me that and also reliability. I liked Fazer but dont know abt it fuel efficiency. GS150 has a good fuel efficiency but i didnt like it in looks as it looks a lot like CBZ.

Also I have never used a mono shock bike so am facinated towards that but pulsar has nice speed to chanllange that...

Please suggest...

Bouz.....

I ma from Bangalore...... I took a test Ride and then Picked up my P220.... who says they are not giving Test rides? KivRaj Motors near CObbon Park is the only dealer of this beast.... U need to go there and ask for one.... pathence and a wait period of a hour or so is good enough for you?

If yes.... you will get one.... WRITE it down..... u will not Regret a single moment in terms of investment of TIME and MONEY if you buy a P220.... it is just 2 good......

Looks --> no one can beat FAZER..... RTR is a class of its own....... I sol my Apache to buy a P220... RTR will still give you vibes on high torque.....

END of the day it is your call...... We all can show you the door.... it is you who will walk through it.

P220 would be a good choice.... If you have any issues... call me.. 9972580900.

I think u should bring it home at payment. Just use A/F as your number as the dealer have the proof of it. I did the same while taking my FZ. After 6 days I got my reg. no...

At Kolkata they allow you to take ur bike at the time of payment. Smiley

Ajayashish, if you have that confusion in your mind, I think you should choose your machine before full payment. At least you’ll be confident about your choice.

guys.. finally i went and got a test ride on P220.... frankly i didnt like the comfort which i got in Fazer and went to take anyother fazer test... i liked it... (problem last time was the bike.. the battery was so weak that the ignition used to cease everytime i slow down)

I finally booked a FAZER,... i got the option for white limited edition one but my GF didnt liked it... so went for a blue one...

i am getting a leg guard fitted and will get the bike on monday itself.

I am still waiting for the helment... the yamaha guy showed me one from AGV but costed 2750...

Congrats once again man… Smiley

For helmet I’ll suggest u to go with Vega Boolean Hybrid Helmets with Double Visor. Looks cool and good for different weathers…
It’s not too expensive costs around 1800…
Check this link…
http://www.vegahelmet.com/

However I use Studds Ninja Decor (Hybrid). Its pocket friendly  Wink and good looking.

Buddy, dont think too much... Smiley Smiley Smiley
It has dual visors, u can use one at a time. Inner one with black and outer with completely clear transparent. So you donot need to worry at cold nights and during hot days. Its also a hybrid one.

Even if u r not getting how it works, I may upload an image of it, that may help you.

Don't listen to people, what they are saying. Try to find it, test it then believe it. Wink
