i think u just chng ur stock spark plug with NGK irridium spark plug and ur stock air filter with k&n filter its enough. Wink
i think that by adding more power ur dio become unstable Shocked

as u r experimentig with ur engine u loose ur warranty.
i have no idea about the cost  :-\but as u want some power u get it by chnging sparkplug and air filter
cost of spark plug is around 300-400 and if u put original air filter of k & n filter it costs around 2500  Grin

ohh 1 more thing u also loose ur mileage Shocked
i think u doesn't care about mileage as u r a speed lover Wink

hi, i would seriously not recommend you doing the kind of engine mods you have mentioned below. money is not the main factor in this kind of job - the main factor is getting a proper job done. these kind of jobs require very good workmanship and quite a lot of precision. even a slight mistake while increasing the bore of the cylinder will lead to major problems very quickly.

also, if you increase the bore / stroke of your cylinder, it would be a good idea to upgrade the crank and gearbox too. if you dont upgrade the crank and gearbox, they will not be able to sustain the increased power output for too long.

best option to increase performance - use NGK spark plugs, K & N air filter with bigger fuel jets, better engine oil, better / lighter tires.

if you do go for the engine modification, do let us know how that turns out.

as said by Rockets (Vivek) it will be better to go for otrher upgrades rather than the cylinder boring as it may bring problems to the overall engine working and may require a total new work on your Dio.
