Hi guys,
Im doing a project on Hero Honda, as a part of my Msc course from Aston University, UK. It would be nice if you could take the survey that the link below leads you to. It would be a big help. Any Feedback/Info on the Hero Honda split would be helpful Thanks!

the only thing that may bring harm to the reputation of hero honda or hero these days, is the poor after sale services by the authorized service centers. most of the technicians are not properly trained, the supervisors hardly bothers about the specific performance related complains & there's no guarantee that they will not replace your original parts with duplicate/worn out parts. i've myself been a victim of this.

Hero Honda has failed to keep up the reputation that it enjoyed in the Bike market.... Still today they are the largest selling bikes in the world. But you should not take everything for granted. Good after sales service , customer relationship build up...... these are lacking these days.... and this things will not do any good in the near future...
Bajaj is fast catching up in the COMMUTER section.... with their DISCOVER and in some case PLATINA bikes... and they are gaining popularity also. Bajaj also has service problem in terms of quality and maintanance.... but Bajaj is trying to make the after sales thing more Customer Friendly.

And with the split with HONDA... what Hero delivers in years to come in terms of technology.... is a WAIT-AND-WATCH.
